Returns

We understand that not all products live up to expectations. That’s why we’ve made returns easy for our account holders: simply contact customer service and any product you’re unsatisfied with can be returned at no charge.

Customers can return a product within 30 days of purchase for any reason—just be sure to include the original invoice. All returns must arrive in pristine condition and with their original packaging unopened and unmarked; otherwise we cannot accept them. Some equipment pieces such as hand tools, ultrasonic machines or curing lights are non-returnable due to manufacturer’s warranty policies but you may still take advantage of this guarantee should there be an issue related to defects or malfunctions. Moreover, please report discrepancies or shortfalls upon receiving your package no later than 7 days after delivery date.
